Automated Verification: The system checks ID readability, name and Angeles City residency, face similarity, and liveness. Face similarity, liveness, and OCR confidence use a 90% standard to assist the review.
How Decisions Are Made: Passing every required check may qualify an application for automatic approval. A missing, uncertain, or unsuccessful result is sent to an authorized administrator and is never automatically rejected.
Service Providers: Authorized verification and storage providers may securely process the ID, selfie, and extracted details only to operate this verification process.
Lawful Basis: Your data is processed under the legitimate purpose of account authentication and compliance with government regulations for the Vox Angelos platform.
Data Security: All data is encrypted and protected using industry-standard security measures. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact National Privacy Commission (NPC) for any concerns.
Retention Period: Your data will be retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years thereafter, in compliance with Philippine law.
