Data Collection & Processing: Your personal information, including government-issued ID and biometric data (selfie), will be collected and processed solely for identity verification purposes in accordance with RA 10173.
Automated Verification: The system checks ID readability, name and Angeles City residency, face similarity, and liveness. Face similarity, liveness, and OCR confidence use a 90% standard to assist the review.
How Decisions Are Made: Passing every required check may qualify an application for automatic approval. A missing, uncertain, or unsuccessful result is sent to an authorized administrator and is never automatically rejected.
Service Providers: Google Gemini processes ID images for text extraction; AWS Rekognition processes face/liveness checks; Cloudinary stores protected verification uploads. Neon hosts account records, while Brevo and PhilSMS deliver account messages. These providers may process data outside the Philippines.
Lawful Basis: Your information supports account verification, residency review, service routing, and account security. Please review this notice before agreeing to identity verification.
Data Security: Connections use HTTPS and access is restricted by account role. Authorized staff may download records for official processing; downloaded copies must be kept private and removed when no longer needed.
Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact the platform administrator for access, correction, or deletion requests. You may also raise unresolved privacy concerns with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
Retention Period: ID and selfie files are scheduled for removal after application review. Verification outcomes and account records remain for account administration and audit. Deleting an account does not automatically erase every audit record or provider backup; contact the platform administrator for a retention or deletion request.
